Important Notification Regarding Corporate Online Banking System Upgrade (4.11-4.12)


Dear Customers:


As part of BOCUSA’s commitment to provide you with better and more efficient banking services, we are aiming to upgrade Corporate Online Banking System between April 11th (Saturday) 9:00 p.m. EST to April 12th (Sunday) 9:00. a.m. EST. During the time of upgrading, Corporate Online Banking service will be unavailable temporarily. We will try our best to ensure the transition to the new online banking causes you as little disruption as possible, sorry for the inconvenience.


After launching, a fresh, newly designed Corporate Online banking platform will along with a wide range of upgraded tools and comprehensive features to make it easier for you to manage your bank accounts, which include:

  • Intuitive Navigation
  • Expanded Fund Transfer Options
  • Customized Alerts
  • Stronger Security
  • And Much More!


Please be noted that your log-in credentials will remain the same which means you will still be able to use your existing log-in credentials to access the system after upgrade. If you have previously set up e-Statements, you will be required to re-enroll. You may also need to reset your customized alerts and other account settings.
